Hello, I encountered this same issue recently. A few weeks ago, during the crackdown on crypto platforms, I faced similar problems with withdrawing funds using my UBA prepaid dollar card. It eventually resumed working, leading me to believe it might have been related to NIBSS. However, now I suspect this time around, it might be due to government policies impacting the service.

Out of curiosity, how do you usually convert your dollars to naira?
