In my opinion , men will spend when a woman is worth it, and a woman will give sex when a man worth it.EOD.

But leaving gender out some people are naturally very stingy from their mother's womb, and they bring this terrible trait into relationships.So being in a relationship with one especially if it's the guy is frustrating .
