You are 100% correct as per 13th month & allowances. I was told it's confidential. But you have done justice to it. I can't say if the new salary approved have been implemented. So the 400k salary might be right

The quarterly allowance is your salary multiply by four. You get it every 3months..You can't compare a revenue generating agency with DSS. Though DSS is getting better under the new leadership.

It seems you didn't understand the write up. The writer said, the slot should be around 1.5m or 2m based on their salary and anything above that he should not pay. He's not talking about the salary or allowance but the amount for the slot.

Most of them are extremely brilliant walahi, only an handful of them are dull. There's this guy Khalil, he's in his late 30s then, he used to head an agency(KADIPA) created by elrufai during his tenure in Kaduna, that guy is from an elite family in Kaduna. When you hear that guy speak and analyse things ehn, very intelligent and we'll informed guy. Recommendations happen all over the world.
