After Akpabio toasted her in the presence of her husband and then started obstructing her at the Senate, she should have gone to meet him privately in fake humility to request why she was being obstructed to which Akpabio would have responded that the reason was because she didn't agree to his advances.

She would then plan that both of them should meet at an agreed secret hideout (a hotel preferably), she would have rigged the room with hidden cameras and then catch Akpabio in the act! No more evidence would have been better than that but being a woman that she is, she had to emotionally respond instead of having a solid plan that would have buried the sucker.

It was after this brohaha that Natasha went on AriseTV to twist the narrative from her unruly behaviour to Akpabio witch-hunting her because she rejected his advances 2years ago- hence the sexual harrassment allegation which is completely false as she couldnt even prove it.
Note that she didnt blame it on a (false) sexual harrassment when this same Akpabio appointed her into a major Committee in the senate, barely months after she resumed office in 2023.


She also have a history of using such false allegation on Reno, who defeated easily by proving he wasnt even in Nigeria on the date she accussed him on sexually harrassing her.
She had to delete all allegations on Social media and settle out of court by paying Reno a hefty amount.

Instead of Sand-filling, I expected them to repackage the place to be similar to Venice.

My thoughts: It is VERY likely Akpabio did make a pass at Akpoti. Akpabio is reputedly a womanizer.

But without any concrete evidence.... this was always the outcome. I knew it would end in suspension.

Ndume was one of the stalwarts in Saraki's Senate coup. He was sacrificed later by Saraki to appease Tinubu/Buhari...

- Akpabio cant make a pass at her without her giving some form of encouragement or even making the move herself.

- She has been in the Senate for 2years but conveniently chose to bring it up when she has a case of disobedience of the SP and Senate rules on Seating Arrangement.

- She didnt actually sue Akpabio for Sexual harrassment because she knows it's false, instead she brought it to the Ethics committee where the worst punishment she will get if it's discovered as a false allegation is a suspension.
What she took to court is Akpabio's aide criticism of her "transparent" dresscode to an official meeting that involved the SP.

-She also didn't envisage that Akpabio's wife will sue her for defamation of their family name- hence, why she wants the wife to stay out of it.

- She has previous falsely accused Reno Omokri of sexual harrassment, but when Reno proved that he wasnt even in the country on stated date, she had to settle him out of court.
Hence, this isn't her first rodeo.

Natasha is a victim she must be given fair hearing. That so call committee chairman was appointed by Akpabio, so he can't go against his master. If I am not mistaken, there is a precedent for this argument.

1. She cant win because Kogi central was not suspended, it's Natasha that was suspended.

2. If she refuses to apologize and goes ahead with the 6months suspension, her people will likely recall her from the Senate and conduct a by-election to replace her seat or risk not having any representation for the next 6months.

They defected on national TV including obtaining and affidavit to back it up but yet supreme APC judges decided to pretend they don't know

1. The affidavit was withdrawn.

2. Even if they defected what will happen is a by-election for those seats and it will be conducted based on the authorization of INEC.
