A.)Someone threating extrajudicial arrest and rape of you and your family? And telling you they are able to do so because their family member used to work at the particular hotel you stay and has contacts there.

B.) Someone who reported those people and those threats to hotel security.

A.) Someone who seems somewhat deranged making terroristic threats and saying they want everyone in a particular country to die.
B.) Someone going to report that threat.

Those should be easy answers. Yet, you seem more repulsed by B (the reaping) than A (the sowing). Why is that?

I guess someone doesn't want their name on here. But, the mods will allow that person to threaten genocide in the US. Allow them to threaten, bully people and sexual harras people here anonymously. They will allow them to post their real name on here to request votes in a competition for money, but when you mention that name they will create 10 usernames to report you and have you banned. Maybe the mods can explain this policy clearly.

But you are breaking the policy right now yourself by creating a new monicker after being banned.

This is a matter of someone saying they do know/will find out my identity. Claimed that they know DSS agents and will have me arrested at the airport. That they will monitor the hotel that I stay and have me arrested/raped. I told him it sounded the rantings of a mad man and I didn't take if seriously until 1.) He said he knew/was working hard to find out my identity 2.) Said he knew the site owner and he was going to reveal my info to him and 3.)disclosed that their mother used to work in the hotel I regularly stay and would harass me there (even posted a bank transaction with the woman's name of a payment he claims the woman sent him to research me). Outside of the mother thing, I assume the rest isn't true, but like with all things Nigeria, and the seemingly depravity of this guy it is better to be safe than sorry. Have no need to take it court. Too much time to invest when I'll be in Nigeria for a couple of weeks. He knows what I told him I would do and those methods don't require that.

You are not educated my dear. So what you are brazenly describing is extrajudicial punishment of someone? That is a THREAT and you are complaining about same person making threats to you. Hahaha.

In everything you just posted you never said he mentioned your name specifically and that’s why you can’t go the legal route because you have no evidence of a threat.
