I can't see anyone offering anything above 55k for a used Desire.

LOL - try something better - i don't have issues with pricing - am selling because the phone cant fit into my daily requirement, loads of calls, etc,

At least i'm not unintelligent like you. I've run the whole smartphone gamut from Symbian (6600, Ngage QD) to Win Mo (Xda mini S, HTC TyTN) to iPhone (2G, 3G, 3GS, 4) to Blackberry (9700, 9780). I have never had to resort to whining on Nairaland for basic information that can be found in just a 10 minute visit to several internet discussion boards.

The time is now to have a Nigerian Android Community, to share ideas and to take it a step further asking manfacturer's for updates for Nigerian usage, etc,

Thumbs up, peeps. My HTC Desire is awesome. Did all my research before buying. I know about the battery life, too, so I know how to manage it. With such powerful processor (one gig Qualcomm Snapdragon Processor), it's bound to guzzle power.

Concerning your first android, if price is your concern, may i suggest u buy htc wildfire, its a cheaper version of desire with a lower res screen and lower speed
