About the Role
We are hiring a Remote Sales Development Representative to help scale our global pipeline. If you have a natural talent for persuasion, enjoy connecting with people online, and want your income to directly reflect your drive, this role is built for you. You will serve as the initial point of contact for prospective buyers, guiding them seamlessly from initial interest to finalized transactions across digital and phone channels.

What You Will Do
Drive Outreach: Connect with potential leads daily through email, digital platforms, and social channels.

Manage Inquiries: Provide fast, engaging, and professional responses to inbound messages and direct inquiries.

Conduct Calls: Make outbound phone consultations to establish rapport, answer questions, and advance leads through the sales pipeline.

Match Solutions: Identify customer pain points and recommend the exact products or services that fit their needs.

Overcome Objections: Handle customer hesitations gracefully with confidence, clarity, and tact.

Close Deals: Successfully guide buyers through the final steps of completing a purchase.

Keep Records: Track daily outreach, customer details, and pipeline updates accurately in our CRM.

Collaborate Daily: Partner with a supportive, high-energy remote team to share tactics and crush quotas.

What We Are Looking For
Communication Skills: Impeccable written and spoken English with an engaging, persuasive tone.

Tech-Savviness: Quick learner comfortable navigating inboxes, social networks, and modern software tools.
