frnd,Noun is owned by federal Rep.of nigeria, it is as more standard as any other federal university and well recognized not only in nigeria but all over the countries so their Cert. Is easy 2 get a beta job in nigeria or other countries, frnd i'm a fresher n jst registered last month in Noun so don't av c waist ur time at home invest in ur self n av a great achievement.
