Conduct research and create prototypes of e-learning products Conceptualizes, designs, and produce graphics-demonstrating complex technical constructs and concepts Create interactive or animated graphics and videos using a variety of tools. Collaborate and communicate with other developers, instructional designers and graphic artists Propose creative solutions and designs.

Required Skills and Qualifications Experience with developing user interface designs and other multimedia products. Position Title: Fundraising Agent
THE FUNDRAISING AGENT IS EXPECTED TO RAISE HIS OR HER OWN SALARY.

Job Requirements:
We are looking for a Fundraising Agent's within and Outside Nigeria who is an experienced fundraiser who will develop and manage a portfolio of donors and prospects. The Fundraising Agent will be responsible for raising money through the direct cultivation of prospects, stewardship of donors and the solicitation of donors.
Our candidate needs to posses superb interpersonal and communication skills and can build and sustain long-term relationships with prospects, donors, community members and colleagues. This person must be warm, engaging, and a motivational team member.

What You’ll Do
Raise fund for SHHAI projects , identify, cultivate, solicit and steward donors
Build a pipeline of donors
Coordinate donor appointments
Assist in planning and executing donor cultivation and stewardship activities/events that seek to deepen donors’ commitment to SHHAI

Develop, or identify and engage with, community events from which the proceeds benefit SHHAI (i.e., charity shopping events, auctions)

Accurately update and maintain donor/prospect information and activity in donor database system
Track all interactions with donors/prospects in timely manner; maintain the integrity of the data
Attend and participate in team meetings and other activities as assigned and appropriate
Actively contribute to team by supporting colleagues, collaborating on projects, sharing information, and being a positive force for good

Solicit grants for SHHAI projects

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess:
1+ years experience and proven success in fundraising

Strong database of donor contacts preferred

Knowledge of best practices in fundraising

Experience using social media for fundraising – must be tech-savvy and comfortable learning new technologies and possess a data-driven, strategic mindset.

Experience writing grant requests
Excellent time management and project management skills
Highly-organized, detail-oriented, strategic, and can project-manage, deliver on multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and as an effective team player and to meet deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge of and experience with databases
