Southeast Governors need to come together and draw a regional development plan for Southeast, such plan must include a Southeast regional railway system to connect all the five Southeast state capitals and major cities like:


Abakalaiki to Enugu to Umuahia to Aba to Owerri to Onitsha to Awka and back to Enugu.


We desperately need such rail connection in Southeast. May God bless Alex Otti and give him more wisdom to finish well
