Putin told modi Ukraine don't want to negotiate and the war Can end when they do, if Russia wanted to end the war and call it a day why is it asking Ukraine for things that would mean a total defeat for Ukraine like Thier cities and the whole of donbass.
There is literarily no way Russia is going to leave Ukraine,it is only going to get worse until Putin gets what he wants ,even the west knows this except ukraine,if ukraine performs better he will just increase the tempo and declare a real war on them destroying them.

Healthcare is even really cheap here compared to america. There if you no get insurance no just reason go hospital. And you have to call to book an appointment unless its an emergency.

I remember when I first got here and sprained my ankle cos I want to form woke and try skating. I had a bad fall ,if it was in naija I'd have just drove or take bike or taxi to the hospital,get an x-ray and they'll fix it in no Time.
Poor stupid me called 911 and they came and took me to the closest hospital o, I got an x-ray and they gave me the usual anesthesia and within 10minute they fix my leg. They gave me Xanax for the pain
I was discharged 30minutes later, the admin woman came and gave me the invoice, that was the first time I missed Nigeria and I almost cried, it was $1450 for some 20minute fix , back in naija I had NHS for hospital I only pay 10% of my medical bills. Back in the days our minimum paycheck was still around $10by the hour
That was how a little fall cost me almost my monthly paycheck.
When I got home and complained to my neighbor,they blamed me and said I shouldn't have called the ambulance and should have just came home so they'll just stretch the leg back for me.
