Relationship & Stakeholder Management • Build strong relationships with suppliers, service providers, customers, and other partners. • Work closely with country leadership and functional leadership to ensure full compliance. • Maintain effective communication with product teams based in West Africa to drive overall West Africa strategy. 7. Business Strategy & P&L Ownership • Play entrepreneurial role in setting up Sheanut business from scratch in Nigeria. • Develop and execute annual business plans, forecasts, and budgets for Sheanut. • Additional responsibility to evaluate and start raw rubber procurement in Nigeria and other products with synergies. 8. Team Leadership • Lead and mentor sourcing, procurement, trading, and operations teams with local talent. • Drive a culture of performance, ownership, integrity, and continuous improvement. Qualifications Qualifications include: • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Agriculture, Business Management, Supply Chain, or related fields. • 5–10+ years of experience in Sheanuts in West Africa – Preferably Nigeria. • Proven track record in origination of Agri products from West Africa. Requirements • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in accounting or finance roles within the Fleet or Logistic industry. • Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP. • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and financial modeling. • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
