hello! am actually planning on going for a part time course at a CEGEP college in qubec..and I dont know how feasible it is . want to know if am eligible to do part time pre university program as an international student and if I will be granted a study permit. Also, can I work with the permit off and on campuswill appreciate the help!

hello people! I dont know if this is the right place but i guess it is. the thing is i applied to the university of toronto and McGill university for bachelors via the mastercard foundation scholarship late last year!
did anyone here apply? or has traveled through it? i will be expecting reply from the schools by next month. how dreaded are the schools and what are my chances?
