I still remember their Shop ( Chagoury and sons) on Lebanon Street at Dugbe. Market in ibadan next to Leventis in the 1980s , they sold Textiles there with their Father

and they understand Yoruba o!

All those female Iliterate Gbagi Textile Traders used to buy wholesale from them and they understood them perfectly

and their Customer Service was very good as well no matter how little you wanted to buy they
and their Father always treated you as if you were their most important Customer

That was before Gen Abacha carried the brothers off to Abuja for big Construction Business in the 1990s that was when we stopped seeing them in their Textile shop at Dugbe Ibadan, but their father was still there

Those days we used to wonder what the relationship was between Textiles Trading and Construction was until some Newspapers and later President Obasanjo accused them of being Abacha's frontmen for stashing money abroad

Anyway now they are really in the construction busines

And both Fermin and Lewy sealing the win for Us today

At a point in their career especially when both served in Lagos State, Disu was at a higher rank than Frank Mba. Frank had a speedy promotion under Buhari Govt and now Disu has a speedy promotion under Tinubu administration. Obtaining Tax ID/TIN is easy and free everywhere in Nigeria. can even be obtained online. Then you will pay your income tax using your TIN at Delta state Internal revenue

He is not taxing the treasury bills. He is going to tax the GAINS from the short-term treasury bills sales. The aim is for the FDIs to stay longer and not be doing hot money flows all the time. Trade in treasury bills for longer terms and get tax waivers. Trade for shorter terms and pay capital gains tax on your gains/profits. I am in support of this, professionally and for the good of our Nation so the funds stay longer in-country

There is nothing wrong in his academic positions and certificates if you schooled like us in the 80s /early 90s in Northern Federal Universities. Many HODs were not PhD holders. Likewise, Law initially was not a 5 years course. And IJMB A-level was common for entering 200 Level in federal universities while Southern Universities only to Jamb to enter 100 level.
