Apex court(supreme court) is to correct anomalies in High courts and Court of Appeal.

Partial compliance was as a result of some party members in some LGAs not obeying court order due to strife(this party members may be bribed by the opposition not to conduct congress),while some went ahead obeying court.The main point was did PDP really conducted a congress,disobedience of few judas within a party(pre election)should not lead to total cancellation.

You sound very patriotic to to be honest. But many of your suggestions are at cross purposes. If you ask CBN to close people's usd accounts due to speculations and convert to naira, you will have huge Forex flight out of the country and exporters will now keep their fx outside the country. Wale Edun and Cardoso have brought better plan for this. Get attractive fx investment bonds that will move these huge bank Fx deposits into income yielding Govt bonds. Think deep about this, it will keep Fx funds within the country and reduce speculators powers.

This narrative is wrong. Just political. The ruling by Justice Gang was in 2020 and fresh congress was done in September 2021. The factional leaders now congratulated the new State PDP leaders. Factional leader Kaze likewise congratulated the Pdp for winning the final state elections. That's why the tribunal ruled In the favor of Pdp citing the new primaries held.
