With just WebView or chromewebclient u could build browser In any language like Java , Kotlin,C# ,C++ or rust the main difficulty Is adding features to dominate the market.

Bro don't just do something else, unless you have enough cash to cover bills. Building a browser is not beans, but you can start with V8, but it's in C++

Sites built with ES6 arrow functions code would work perfectly on Firefox, Mozilla , opera and chrome

So unless you are using 1995 Netscape then I don’t really know how to answer this question

JavaScript code will work on any site
