Hello all . Finally we just started with production and farm house plus storage is ready so far . We have our chicks delivered they are of 2000 layers . Right now we are looking for POL BIRDS at affordable prices. So far the wire, burglary , and roofing plus ceiling and cost us lots ... We have also added a new pen which was roofed with habestius roofing . First pen was roofed with zinc which cost lots heat and good for new chicks .

The location is a new site and the breeze for here fit carry person even when the sun is high... The coach level has been put into consideration comparing the wind strength plus the plot is spacious enough. I believe as time goes on continuous upgrading will be done. Total cost for the borehole depends.. It was done for 200k this includes the pumping machine that went to the ground, the capacitor controller and pipe to the ground.. Although the extras I paid for was for transportation of water tankers cuz it's a new site and there's no water on the site . If there's a borehole around where ur location is Then you'll need to bargain with the owner to tap at a certain price and also you need a tank to store the water while the job is done.So prepare extra 30-40k to buy tank and water from another source which is going to be 32k for tank and 8k to buy water.borehole prices depends on location.. I already included tank to my budget if u chk. Today, there's another work going on by another owner it's an acres plus at the back and will be used for rearing cows. There's borehole work going on there now and water is being used from the poultry. Today we just made our first 10k from water supplies to the another plot . I feel like it's a 1m.. .. LOL.

Thanks for the comments.. I believe it only takes hard work to accomplish our aims. Financially E no easy ooo... But there has always been passion for this before venturing into it. Those planning to start small can cut down expenses some pple plan to start big as the size of the structure mentioned in the prev post. For Example : 20ft L can cut down to half while 70ft B can cut down to 30-35ft or of ur choice . This pen will take 1000 -1500 birds by my est. tho by the time of production I can give accurate capacity. We plan going into eggs productions only n laying off birds when due at least 500-700 bird for start. Storage house will be built far from the pen which should not cost a lot using zinc style building.. As freshers we plan to start with (POL) chicks I see the cost of feeding from day old may cost so much, immortality too. As time goes on with more experience we can go into day old . Location is Atan Ota . I advice u plan before venturing into any biz as I see poultry farming as a continuous project. It requires ur time ..

Mileage no matter bro I once drove a Honda eod 03 Europe spec .. The mileage was around 249.000km and never refill ac or nothing except wen I change tyres.. And I service both engine n gear .. I recommend mobile 1 oil n mobile ATF . fuel consumption very low n it's a 4 plug.. High horse power maybe simply cuz it's a 2.4vtli. Go for a ride of ur choice. At least u should know a good ride wen u see one. Some pple don't have luck wit cars tho that depends on ur maintainance .

Just try make d moni 700k and I assure u a grt profit in less than 4wks. Its a dirty work called Boular. Buy and selling, butchering of metals. All u need to do is, get up to 12 worker men(I'm sure u do see aboki dat buys condemn irons or metal in ur area)., arrange 12 trucks which will be assigned to each person. On a daily basis, each one of em go out with 5k to buy condemn iron/metals. Which is 5k x 12men = 60k. X 10 days dats 600K for 10days. From d 5k given to each men.
How to get ur profit.

There's a scale where all iron/metal is been scaled to know it actual worth. You need to scale each persons metal to get ur money back You sell per kilo to ur wrker @ 28 naira, while company buys at 34 naira or 35 per kilo.

Note dat to load this metal in a 10 tyre trucks will cost 30k or less to d company. At which on each persons 5k you make 1300 daily. Its non of ur biz if ur workers buys iron worth more than 5k. But your part is to make sure you scale every iron to get ur 5k back. U only make gain when ure selling to company. You make 150.000 plus in 10days. .
