Taking UNICEF( United Nations Children’s Fund ) as our point of reference: Article 37 says Children who are accused of breaking the law should not be killed, tortured, treated cruelly, put in prison forever, or put in
prison with adults. Prison should always be the last choice and only for the shortest possible time. Children in prison should have legal help and be able to stay in contact with
their family.


However Article 1 says : A child is regarded as someone under 18 ( A child is
any person
under the
age of 18 )
but our law enforcement agency aren't equipped with necessary information to guide their actions since Nigeria itself isn't a country or a Nation but an arrangement, so you should expect anything to happen without consequences. I seriously weep for Nigeria.

Fix the damn health sector, control every drugs/medicine produced or imported into the country, crack down on fake drugs as this is one big reason for kidney failure, punish every individuals or group found culpable to serves as lessons to others, employ best health professionals, upgrade all hospital to international standard at least ( gone are the days when foreigners come to Nigeria for medical treatment, case of Saudi king and his family often come to UCH) , upgrade all at state and local levels, create better health insurances for the people, introduce EMT ( Emergency Emergency Medical Technician services across all level ) Fix bad roads to reduce accident rates, make road safety and speed limit laws across the country, provide clean drinkable water for the people, monitor every food substances imported in the country, embrace, support farmers for local production of food through agriculture, provide adequate security measure for farmers, regulate toxic/deadly alcohol production and importation. The president himself support GMO seeds and foods( another cancer generator) to be brought into the country because his body language shows he support it under his watch without saying anything about it, create awareness on health problems, challenges to the people, upgrade our local/traditional means of medicine across board to complement western medicine ( we are aware of Bill gate's 3 billion death proposal across the world especially in Africa. If Africa's population is less than 2 billion, it means his proposal is to wipe out black race through different means by attacking our health system and economy. These aren't magic, hunger alone is a catalyst to health problem, pollution is another.
