Car Talk / Re: Can One Retain Plate Number After Selling Car? by shotuns: 9:24pm On Jun 14, 2019 |
If you are the seller and the car was registered in your name, you can retain the plate number and register it again on your new car. If you are the buyer, get the original car docimemts from the seller and do a change of ownership, remember the previous owner must give a consent Letter ,proof of purchase to effect a change, now in your own name. All new documents bears your name. Also more importantly, if the car has been tinted, you must apply for a new tinted permit in your name to correspond with your new car document information. A tinted permit isn't renewable, not transferable, you only get it once and for a particular car. But if the car has no tint, then you are good to go. 2 Likes |

You post make sense, I see something terrible waiting to happen to Nigeria as a whole If Atiku should win the election , I see part of the comstitution to be changed If Atiku wins and Saraki managed to return to the senate. It is a plan game and part of the secret meeting in Dubai, now involving US congress, Gardafi matter comes to mind. . Career / Re: My Chinese Boss Keeps Making About 40% Deductions From My Salary. I Need Advice by shotuns: 1:29am On Dec 31, 2018 |
1. Do you have a written work aggremement/ contract with the company ? 2. Was it written in Chinese language or English ? I am sure must be written in English, they are very cunning indivuduals. You might want to read again and this time read , digest and understand well the content of the contract and see If bonuses are included . 3. If your resumption date was actually Nov. 12. then I can understand the reason for deduction in your first payment, but consequent deduction seems unfair. You should be able to verify from your employer when you receive your Pay slip, also from colleagues, unless you did somethings that made your boss deduct from your salary. They may even pretend your tax is been deducted but was never paid to the government . Make sure you verify that . 4. Was the date for monthly salary payment stipulated in the contracts ? If so your employer must be going against the agreement stipulated in the contract. Here in China , many companies , education institutes, schools, mostly privates pay salary between 5th and 15th day of the new month, Except for government establishments and schools that pay timely on or before month end. And there are guidelines for them to follow the rules Or else If reported to the authority, their licenses will be withdrawn. . But this is in Nigeria and not China, they have to follow NIGERIAN labour laws not the other way, same as foreign companies abide by the Chinese labour law . The Chinese bosses hate challenges thus will make your job hell on earth and eventually terminate your employment unexpectedly, you might have worked for a full month and got nothing at the end but a sack letter. 5. If you are sure you did your jobs well, payment were deducted carelessly, you should get a lawyer (mind you) they are good at manipulating evidences. . So be vigilante, only If you decide to let it go, but the illegal practices wont stop . . 6 If you decide to fight for what Is yours, make sure you ve had enough leverage over the company,e. g work acitivities, company policies, workers safety measures, condition of operation, work hazard management, company genuine license and Workers union, of course which I am sure the Chinese don't encourage but would help in supporting your claims. My 2 cents. . . Good luck. . |

The feeding program is a good one, atleast it will. help many Less. privilegded family to cater for some spending. Seeing from the pictures, many of those kids dont even have shoes to wear , And those with shoes are torn. We can see the level of poverty in that locality. However we should direct our anger to appropriate quaters, the Local head administrators in charge of the program are the first to be questioned . I am as well sure this goverment meant well for this feeding program. We tends to quickly blame every downfall on Buhari but neglect the fact that some people are put in charge of this program. . Can he Buhari oversees everything at the same time? Delegation If power comes to mind. First accuse the program local head in that locality for their negligence and poor service to humanity before taken it up to the presidency. put aside hatred, religion, ethnicity, party affliation. You can write a report to the presidency and If nothing was done, then come out online and voice your opinion. |

Politics / Re: Why President Buhari Could Not Produce His Waec Result by shotuns: 5:41pm On Oct 27, 2018 |
And here ie what OBJ said in 2015 while slamming critics. . . . . Former President Olusegun Obasanjo has described the controversy over the educational qualification of the All Progressives Congress presidential candidate, Muhammadu Buhari, as the degeneration of political campaign to triviality. Mr. Obasanjo who was speaking during the launch of his latest book, “My Watch”, in London, said there was no way Mr. Buhari would have been admitted into the army in the 1960s if he did not have the Cambridge Secondary School Certificate or West African Secondary School Leaving Certificate. “When I joined the army in the 1950s I needed to have a Cambridge Certificate or West African certificate, GCE, to be able to join the army, and I don’t know of anybody who was an officer at that time that didn’t have similar certificate. Buhari joined the army about four years after me and I needed such a certificate to be admitted into the army, I don’t know how he could have avoided such a certificate,” he said. Mr. Obasanjo said even if Mr. Buhari did not have a secondary school certificate as alleged, the training and education he received while in the military surpassed the secondary school certificate, which is the minimum qualification under Nigerian law for anyone running for the office of the president. “Assuming he avoided the certificate, Buhari went through a military academy. He went through what we called Staff College, which would be a minimum equivalent of a first degree. He went through, in America, what they called War College, which would have given him an equivalent of Masters Degree and our constitution or electoral law requires school certificate and rather for us to campaign and debate on real issues we then degenerated to triviality,” he said to a loud applause from the audience. The educational qualification of Mr. Buhari, who is a former Head of State and retired Major General, became contentious after he submitted an affidavit to the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, saying his academic credentials were with the military. The Military, however, said it was not in possession of Mr. Buhari’s credentials. Following the controversy, the ruling Peoples Democratic Party pushed for Mr. Buhari’s disqualification from the presidential contest, but Government College, Katsina (formerly Provincial Secondary School, Katsina), which is the school he attended, later released Mr. Buhari’s secondary school certificate examination results. The PDP dismissed the results as forged. |

You are all are a big mouth and clueless just like Reno himself who craves for attention on media, even their God father Obasanjo in 2015 slammed critics about Buhari's certificate. For some reason best known, I love obi but his dinning and winning with someone like Atiku will rubbish his long well built intergrity sooner or later only If he is wiser but i am sure absolute power corrupt. He might be reassuring himself he can make a change while Atiku leads which is surely going to be a fruitless adventure in years to come. If my people from the igbo land can't see the handwritten on the wall now that they are being use for vote gathering and not genuinely for the benefit of the igbo land, it will be diffucult to stand again after a mighty fall.
