Career / Re: Is It Lucrative Being An Aircraft Flight Dispatcher by Shyne22: 1:52pm On Mar 19, 2015

Am looking at either IFOD in texas or Sheffield in Florida. I don't think you can obtain the FAA liscence here in Nigeria.

Please kindly share your experience because I have called and spoken with the guys in IFOD Texas. By the grace of God I know you are already working as an Airline Dispatcher either here in Nigertia or abroad. Please kindly advice how's the pay like and if IFOD is the best institute for it. Thanks.
Travel / Re: U.S. Non-immigrant Visas: We’re Listening by Shyne22: 6:14am On Mar 19, 2015
Hello Visa Officer,
Thank you for your excellent work here for us all.
I was denied a B1/B2 visa on 11th March 2015 at the US consulate in Lagos, Nigeria. Below are my experience with a "lady" Visa Officer;
VO: Hello
Me: Hello
VO: Who are you going to meet in Bleep State in America
Me: My relative
VO: What does he do in America?
Me: He is a Nurse
VO: Who is sponsoring your trip?
Me: Myself
VO: What do you do?
Me: I am a welding Instructor
VO: How much is your monthly salary?
Me: 120000 naira
VO: Is this your first time traveling?
Me: Yes
VO: Are you married?
Me: Yes
VO: Any child?
Me: No
VO: Please place your left four fingers on the bio data machine
Me: OK
VO: Sir, at the moment we cannot get you a visa. You can try again. Thank you!
Now my question is... Can I apply for an F1 Visa within a period of 30 days or I should wait till after 90 days? Kindly advice.
Thank you.
Romance / Re: Desperately Desperate!!! by Shyne22: 12:43pm On Jun 26, 2012
@deedee... So much love for your friend you got. I wish everybody can do same. That said, I think ur frnd should try Astrological match comparison for her dates. I don't say she should blv all she sees there but I bet you it's so rich not just on relationships but on how to live with people around us. If it was possible I would have teach her more on it but she can get it all from surfing the net. It's 99% possible those she has met ain't hers, despite they all left her. There re tns we don't need preaching n quoting bible pages when d knowledge has already been impacted on us. I'm, no voodoo, I'm a catholic but like I said its common knowledge that when we get it we quickly back it up with prayers. Talking from experience cos I now control some personal acts that affects me in the past. Good luck on ur research!!!

Education / Re: Insecurity: Jigawa, Rivers, Bayelsa Evacuate Students From ABU by Shyne22: 11:18am On Jun 26, 2012
I support fully the steps of the said state Governors. Although courtesy should have been made to the VC of ABU Zaria, as sign of respect. Lets not forget he is the chief security officer of the institution. That said, he should grant pardon just for next time. I trust Rivers and Bayelsa cos they'll waste no time sending those students abroad just incase the VC refuse their returning to school activities. Don't say I didn't warn!!!
