How did you go about it, I studied civil engineering H.N.D, and hasn't gotten a job, all am seeing is internship,which can't even fund my living, now working for a loan app.

What is the way forward.

A multinational technology company is looking to hire competent persons to fill the position of Customer Communication Executives. New hires will work remotely and will receive proper guidance and assistance to perform their jobs smoothly.

Monthly Remuneration: N150,000.

Allowance: Customer Communication Executives receive a monthly communication and transportation allowance which is different from their basic salary. The communication and transportation allowance will cover for the cost of phone calls they make in reaching clients, their internet data subscriptions and transportation expenses incurred in reaching potential customers. The communication and transportation allowance is NGN 90,000 monthly.

Responsibilities:

*Communicate with customers.
*Guide customers on using the company product.
*Establish working relationships with new customers to enhance repeat patronage.
*Seek out customers within your reach who would benefit from the product offered by the company.
*Employ effective methods to get new customers.
*Sell the company product to new customers.

Requirements:

*Experience using Microsoft Teams or Slack is an advantage.
*Must have the capacity to work under self-supervision.
*Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients.
*Excellent communication skills.
*Minimum academic qualification of a Diploma in any discipline
