A multinational technology company is looking to hire competent persons to fill the position of Customer Communication Executives. New hires will work remotely and will receive proper guidance and assistance to perform their jobs smoothly.

Monthly Remuneration: N150,000.

Allowance: Customer Communication Executives receive a monthly communication and transportation allowance which is different from their basic salary. The communication and transportation allowance will cover for the cost of phone calls they make in reaching clients, their internet data subscriptions and transportation expenses incurred in reaching potential customers. The communication and transportation allowance is NGN 90,000 monthly.

Responsibilities:

*Communicate with customers.
*Guide customers on using the company product.
*Establish working relationships with new customers to enhance repeat patronage.
*Seek out customers within your reach who would benefit from the product offered by the company.
*Employ effective methods to get new customers.
*Sell the company product to new customers.
*Educate new customers on how the product can be of benefit to them.
*Present, and promote the company product in your neighborhood by presenting the product benefits to prospective customers.
*Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
*Communicate with your Supervisor/Manager for quick resolution of customer problems and complaints.
*Communicate, contribute and support your other Customer Communication Executives team members


Requirements:

*Experience using Microsoft Teams or Slack is an advantage.
*Must have the capacity to work under self-supervision.
*Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients.
*Excellent communication skills.
*Minimum academic qualification of a Diploma in any discipline


Location: Customer Communication Executives work remotely. Applicants are accepted nationwide.

You will be responsible for getting new client to sign up for there company products. How you get customer is left to you, wether online or offline.
