Over a hundred million to me isn't exactly 100millon. He only gave a range that give or take it will be around that figure maybe below or higher

I do frequently have this boil like growth coming on my face once in a while. sometimes on my cheek other times where I have beard. I don't know what it is but I call them boil because they form pus after a while. Are they really boil? Pls how can I treat them finally?

clearer picture....... I do have it sometimes in other places where there's no hair at all like forehead

Called 'in-grown' hair. Occurs mostly in black men who shave down to the skin. As the hair starts growing the tip bends and pierces the skin burying itself. This causes pus to form there.

The only solution is to bring out that hair or the tip of that is digging into your skin.

Prevention: Avoid clean shaves.

That's what am doing but am not just comfortable anymore. she gives me access to her body ( though mainly hugs and cuddling. no kissing or romance). I just want more than been cool. Really want her to be committed to me
