My name is T Udoh with MTN Lumos box number 217977, WARNING please avoid using this box, even after you have used it for nearly 6years and paid off to claim the boX MTN Lumos still takes full control of the box and deactivate the inverter converter section the two holes where the inverter is Inserted, there will be no more light on that session of the box, that means you cannot use the box to power any items such as Laptops, TV or radios etc, the only section that will be available for you is the USB Section and the 4 small little light connectors at the right section under the USB slot

It's a scam, there are no 10 years or unlimited validity on this product as claimed, they still have full control and are manipulating the device to frustrate customer, I have contacted them they said I have past warranty period, they do this so you can return the box and they will recycle it and resell with new account

This service from them is only valid for 6 years so don't waste your hard earn money, to enjoy uninterrupted power supply please go for other solar power on JUMIA and see your life change, it carries 20x loads far more than what this useless MTN Lumos box cannot even carry
