My MA sent a paid email to UKVI to status of her application and she got this response the following day

Priority service is not a guarantee service, your may wait for longer time if your application has been not straightforward, but UKVI will put your case at front of the queue at every stage of processing of visa applications. Please check your emails including junk folders regularly, UKVI will contact you if they need further information.

I will try to escalate your case, please provide your email address on application.

You are not required to book any travel before you apply or before a decision is made on your application. You'll only be refunded if we have not started processing your application.

We strongly recommend that you do not buy a non-refundable, non-flexible ticket to the UK, until your visa application has been approved and you have received your documents.

My MA did Biometric at VI on August 18. She applied alone and did priority services as instructed by RGU.

DMC received her documents on August 21 and She received an empty NSF on the same date.

The tracker says her documents are still at the DMC now

RGU enrollment date starts on September 11

We don't know what to do now

Good day everyone.

All the gurus in the house. Please, I need your professional advice.

My wife is the MA. She got her CAS some days ago and the school insisted she apply alone (that her dependants can apply after she has gotten a visa) and she must do priority services.

She did as the school said. When her documents got to DMC, she received an empty NSF. It is 9 days now from the day she did her biometric and she has not heard from the UKVI

This is my question. Can her defendants apply for a visa now or wait until she gets a visa?

Another question about POF, Can her dependants count for another 28 days backward from the day they are going to apply or use the same statement account date with the MA
