What's delaying Fcmb? |
Please teachers is too early to condemn this administration allow them to work n observe. More importantly expect salaries today n tomorrow. |
we shall be paid tomorrow or next but this week. |
Pals is really worrisome that majority of us having had this level of exposure still spread rumours, I wonder where we shall be leading ours followers. Our heads are not only good for cutting n fixing ,they re a protection to the brain with which we should be able to think, brainstorm, analyse, hypothesise, verify, decide before we draw conclusions. Honestly if we administer our duties with same manners exhibited on this forum, our society will have enough regrets. Do not share what u don't know.... Do not condemn what u yet know... If the state wages to civil servants consume 80% of the state allocations, how will the state execute tangible projects? why the past administration owe as low as the staff strength of the timariv (706) eight months salaries, why was it enable to clear our own salaries to may as directed by the FG? Instead he went on employing more six months to the end of the tenure? Please teachers think very well before u mislead others. As for Wike, I pray God gives him ample wisdom to discern advises before decisions, I hope for a good governance until proven otherwise. |
is the Gis program still up and running? please someone help confirm. |

gokana-kibangha ube schools commence her audit at exactly 9:00am this morning at the council Secretariat. Please be punctual. Gokana-panumuu audit Wednesday same time and venue. |
I foresee the outgoing governor planning to exit with our wages n arrears neglecting remote implications of his planned actions. His actions tickle me to a state of gargalesthesia. Money laundry n embezzlement re not far crimes from confiscation. We watch him indiscriminately disbursing rivers allocations n our wages to pursue personal ambitions n interests, yet he feels we re feeble. Governors had come n gone, but the resultant action has placed them in n out of the political activism. As for me, this is a critical time for the Governor n not his best time as perceived from the party angle. Elections are conducted for parties n not individuals. Ameachi should wisdom to tackle this civil servants issues n not discretion. He who fights n run lives to fight another day. Don't fight n be kill killed. Pay wages n go empty handed with hope rather than confiscate wages n run forever. The wrath of God hardens the heart of man. When destruction seizes upon a man, he grows heartless n high handed. Be cautious of what controls your actions. |
Welcome back fool, FYI I am an employer of labour. The stipend u re paid roll in weekly for me. I reacted to you just to better inform n educate u on employer/employees relations. It is obvious from your ill comments that this is your first appointment, note that employees do have right. they are not slaves. Every employer needs the employees as much as the employees need their wages. |
Where is the fool who calls himself fiafiad? I had waited for your sycophantic posts for too long, hope u have gone to get your wages from the "able" governor himself. Coward!!! |
Teachers, please be polished and refined in your opinions on this page. what goes around comes around. if u take side with an unjust habit or administration that is unfavourable to u, then u re the greatest fool on this planet. it pains to read some comments posted here, some re really clueless. the govt should be criticized if need be and commended when deserved. we can't be counting 21st of a new month and salaries of the previous month re not remitted then we advise our colleagues to resign instead of questioning the authorities. please let's us all be guided in our contributions. |
holiday is still effective Monday and Tuesday respectively. |
our governor is busy touring the state with buhari at the expense of our salaries. yet the so called NUT folds her hands and watch. |

states owe workers three months’ salaries —NLC 'Jola Sotubo | 07:19 | 27.12.2014 This was disclosed by the Vice President of the NLC, Issa Aremu, who described the situation as wage robbery and economic crime. According to the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC), workers in at least 22 states in the federation are being owed up to three months’ salaries. This was disclosed by the Vice President of the NLC, Issa Aremu , who described the situation as wage robbery and economic crime. Aremu stated this in Kaduna while adding that the governors of the states in question had paid delegates to the just concluded party primaries but failed to fulfill their obligations to the workers. The NLC VP also urged the governors to pay the salaries as soon as possible: “We see that delay in payment of salaries as wage theft, wage robbery. It is actually an economic crime because Nigeria Labour law says thou shall pay the worker as at when due. In fact by 22nd of every month you must have paid the workers fully,” Aremu said. “We never heard of any delegate being owed a single penny during the primary elections, but they cannot get money to pay the workers. In fact, some of the delegates even bought new cars and properties after the primaries because they money they got in just few days is much more than what workers earn in many months,” he added. Meanwhile, the former Minister of State for Education, Nyesom Wike has accused the Governor of Rivers State, Rotimi Amaechi of defaulting on salaries due to a withdrawal of N30 billion from state funds to sponsor the campaign of All Progressives Congress (APC) Presidential candidate, Muhammadu Buhari. |
2ruconfidence:how many months and did u get the 11k bonus? |
I am not a good sycophant of any, but I address issues that are contrary to the welfare of all Nigerians esp ecially the south south noting that we are one. A lot of our leaders loose focus of governance and still expect applauds. It doesn't work that way- nothing goes for nothing and what goes around comes around. Some certain governor condemns the first and only brother President from the south south all for a selfish end of becoming what I don't know. Openly criticized and denied him and he expects you n I to join him support an Hausa man, where is that love expressed for a fellow south south man? is Buhari better than our brother Goodluck? on the other hand it is wisdom deficit to pay evil for evil and am strongly against it. At all times let's be positive in our criticisms so that our leaders will know where to make amends. |
my colleagues let me formally announce that I am non partisan as some us already concluded. Ask yourselves simple questions before u attack, what is the role of the labour union ,role of government, and our role. are these institutions meeting her responsibilities? some percentage of our salaries were deducted without our consent in the name of NUT yet we feel no impact of the said NUT in our long owed arrears. we individually sponsored our training to work for our government yet not even the certificates were issued not mentioning allowance or feeding. we took pains and even borrowed to be in classrooms for a period of six whole months under severe supervisions yet the said period no wages were paid. maybe some of us are new on a job, else you will criticise constructively and positively. don't forget there may be aides getting our opinions to work. |
a lot of us react to these salaries as a privilege forgetting that the amount literally indicates that we are underemployed and yet the government still treats us highhandedly. please wake up from your slumber before you translate this predicament to our posterity as a normalcy.government is failing in her obligations else we won't be paid 65k, owed arrears for over 8 months, paid Nov wages 20th DEC and so on. stop these unnecessary sycophancies and acknowledge your position and the roles of the government. |
we re happy over wages meant for last month , hope we aren't forgetting the major one....arrears |
