This scholarship programme is administered by Sinabela Associates Limited UK, and made possible by sponsorship from various non-profit foundations and charity organizations.

Our target institutions for admission are based in the United Kingdom, Europe, USA and Canada, and we are an Independent Agency, unaffiliated to any of these universities or institutions of higher learning into which admissions are being offered.
