Hi guys, I'm a Bulgarian married to a Nigerian and saw this thread so I thought I would be helpful to someone. I've never heard of this school before. It is relatively new (only established in 2008!!!) and that means it is definitely private. Now, it may not be scam and give legitimate diplomas but I'm not sure how recognised these diplomas would be...even in Bulgaria.

The general rule with higher education institutions in Bulgaria is that if it is private it is more or less crap. The good ones, the recognised ones are public (and the fees are considerably lower - what a paradox...I know). So if you are looking for culinary arts or tourism and hospitality programme, you are better off checking the public universities which offer those. One of them would be the Varna University of Management.

With the recent improvement in biometrics registration. Can i register for the a new drivers license in the uk?
I have gone through the FRSC websites, and nothing on the sites as well as online searches.
