bewisemasses: Market forces. But does this regime have any plans to get this fuel price to where they met it What plans do other contestants have? We desperately need well structured public debates btw our political aspirants It seems you have no knowledge of subsidy removal or full deregulation. Government is not paying any free money for you again ok. |

Politics › Re: Can ADC Tell Us How They Want To Fix Nigeria?- Rufai Oseni by SIRAO(m): 7:54am On Jul 21, 2025 |
Mabuggi88: Oga forget that thing. There's absolutely nothing wrong in government subsidizing products for her citizens. Many countries do it. Meanwhile who told you subsidy is not being paid by Tinubu? Then you re saying government should continue to borrow to do it. Imagine if your parents used all they have to borrow to feed you without sending you to school. |
Politics › Re: Tell Nigerians If You Will Bring Back Subsidy - Governor Radda To Coalition by SIRAO(m): 10:04am On Jul 09, 2025 |
Pickieox: This is not the question about bringing back subsidy. Subsidy is gone. Not that I'm crying over split milk, what pains me is the ball GEJ did not have when it comes to the subsidy saga and the double standard Tinubu played including his sponsored protest in Ojota, Lagos in 2012 is still fresh in my memory. I remember that Tinubu said subsidy is a scam. The same subsidy he eventually removed when he comes to power. One remembers the confessional statement Fayemi gave in a public forum about how they played politics with the whole saga back then when GEJ was in power.
Anyways, what matters right now is what is FG doing with the returns on subsidy, are they using it for the betterment of the citizens or they are looting it? I believe the latter is the answer. Yes they re doing it, the governors and local governments re having more funds to develop their regions while FG is doing much in infrastructures etc. |
Politics › Re: 2027: Five Governors Expected To Join ADC by SIRAO(m): 2:54pm On Jul 05, 2025 |
SlavaUkraini: You don't know what you are saying
Tinubu had 22 APC governors , 5 PDP governors but lost his home state of Osun and his adopted state.... Lagos
Jagaban was defeated in Kaduna where El Rufia was governor
He was defeated in Kebbi, Yobe, Gombe, Katsina, Imo, Ebonyi , Cross River States that all had APC governors.
You don't need governors to win elections in present day Nigeria politics
What you need is the people.... The Electorates
Atiku Abubakar had Governor Okowa as running mate from Delta State but he lost Delta State to Peter Obi
So governors are useless in determining the outcome of elections in present day Nigeria...
They can spend big and try to influence voters through vote buying but the Electorates now collects money from them and vote for their preferred candidates. You re nonentity by saying you don't need governors to win election in Nigeria. The governors controls majority of voters |

jayce232: Honestly @ the bold 2027 is really going to be tough for tinubu & APC with the creation of this coalition. If kwankwasor fail to work with tinubu, it will almost seem as if tinubu has lost north. It seems you re not an intellectual, the coalition is there to divide the opposition votes to the advantage of Tinubu in case you lack sense. |

Pls try to factcheck before coming to the public domain to showcase your ignorance on the above subject matter. LP is majority parity in Abia state house of Assembly and our that APC is the strongest in terms of politicking ok. |

Chucks13: Let me educate you a bit. Pls can you precisely tell me when did Tinubu joined the Gej must go bandwagon?
Ok let me help you. It was Amaechi and Timipere that started it then Sanusi, Baraje joined then Tinubu, Atiku, El Rufai, Akande, Aregbe, Onu, okorochaa, Ngige etc follow.
Pls remember same Tinubu supported Gej in his first term in office after completing 2 years of Yardua. Pls if Amaechi and Timipere did not sold our brother Gej out and the SE hijacked Gej administration and started raining abuse on SW calling them irrelevant, calling Gej igbo man, calling him Azikwe and started rubbing Dora and Iweala success on the face of the SW which we warned Gej about then but he didn't listen to us, seriously, likely Tinubu and the rest SW may not have joined the apc movement at that time but the insults and naming calling was much, pls go back to NL headlines as of that time you wll be sad wht lead us to apc trap.
Pls take it slowly and reflect back to what went into play then that lead us into apc trap we are in today.
Pls let say the truth to ourselves emotional.politics is not leading us anywhere.
However, according to my own understanding Tinubu has done well within 2 years compare to pdp who ruled for 16 and nothing viable to point to, Buhari 8 years of failure nothing to show for it. Sorry I will support Tinubu more and more to finish the reform he started. No pain No gain. I took will rather stick with tinubu reforms and policies that voting another trial and error. Most of his policies re sin qua non for a viable future Nigeria and I have not seen anyone promising to reverse those policies. |

bixton: I have been working in the built environment since 2006. I am an engineer and a trained project manager.
Like I said what does a classroom block look like and in which area is it been built?
Can we say PO is unrealistic if he uses direct labour in constructing such structures?
I do not know how many classroom block buildings built in Nigeria holds an average of maximum forty pupils and I have not seen any having up to accommodating fifty pupils. Because a teacher is assigned to a specific number of pupils per classroom and it's a standard.
In construction dimensions are paramount in doing BOQ/BOM. Do you think the average classroom block measures more than 10m *6m in dimension? You sound like an engineer but you lack the basic idea of school building, do you think school is all about class room, what of fencing, land scaping, water project, sports etc. pls what you can't offer, you can believe it. |

surgical: Don't mind them, since coalition has worked before it will work again, Jonathan was even far better than this arrogant incompetent, selfish, greedy president, he still lost, this one will be an easy meat Most of you re elementary in politics, APC win in 2915 simple because they were able to ganner big politicians, governors, senators etc to their side. These politicians control the voters and people vote along political interest. Only 5 percent of Nigerians can base on conviction. My dear APC is in full control of political land scape and many more re joining them and your re here talking of coalition when actually APC is the one building coalition. |

P1PrinceKT: I'm not public official to disagree with Falana on this, reason being that we're not developed to ban the medical tourism, apart from public officials being public servants if they have money let them exercise their right of chopping those wealth. It makes sense to implement that, if we're an educationally sound country, when we can develop our own healthcare systems with no intervention of foreign countries.
What should Falana supposed to do was to sue them for sending their children abroad while abandoning what we have in mess. My dear, there must be reward for hard working. Some parents and children endured to be what they re today while some care not to send their children to school. One should not stop them from enjoying their fruit of labour. Since they took over power, the country has known no progress, peace or prosperity. All along it is power that they are struggling to grab. Useless sets We have progressed more under APC incase you don't know. |
