OYO YOUTHS WALK FOR KOSELERI!!!
For 7 and half years, the pacesetter State has witnessed an unparalleled level of all round development, breathing fresh air of growth, peace and continuous progress.
Considering our antecedent as a people and state, examining our past prior to the inception of the Governor Abiola Ajimobi led administration, juxtaposing it side by side with the current trend of things, it is visible to the blind, and audible to the deaf, that we have since grown far beyond research or statistical information would have projected.
Oyo State since 2011 has continued to grow in all spheres, flourishing beyond leaps and bounds under the leadership of His Excellency, Sen. Abiola Ajimobi; From Agriculture to Infrastructure, from Welfare to Health, from Education to Security to transportation, amongst several others which has continued to experience massive turnaround as a result of the Koseleri effect.
Digital and e-governance initiation, and subsequent advancement of such, had and continues to contribute in no small measures to increase in expertise amongst civil servants, with attendant effect on daily duties ease. Installation of CCTV’s across strategic locations also has been of additional help to security agencies in their duty to combat crime, which already has been brought to an all time low.
The innovativeness adopted in promoting its restoration, transformation and repositioning agenda had more importantly, encouraged and ensured the continuous influx of investors who are endeared to settle in Oyo state, thereby increasing local employability of citizens, as well as contributing to increased Internally Generated Revenue (IGR) for the state.
Rapid rural infrastructural development through the establishment of Community and Social Development Agency (CSDA) which has spearheaded over 200 infrastructural and community interventions in about 100 Oyo communities. It is worthy of note to also mention the numerous urban infrastructural development, the modern reconstruction of roads that leads into major cities and towns of the state amongst several others.
The Koseleri mantra is one fully deserving of Governor Abiola Ajimobi, not because he is the first to win a re-election in the history of Oyo state, but for his unprecedented and all-encompassing achievements which has changed and upgraded the face of governance in the state. He is the modern builder who have raised the bar of governance in Oyo state for his unmatchable and everlasting impact on every aspect of the state, and it is for this reason and more that the youths of Oyo state have come together to celebrate an icon of excellence, a visionary and sound leader as his administration winds down in a few months from now.

Most comments so far have been emotional and sentimental. I doubt majority of opinionists on this thread even live in Ibadan, let alone ever visited Ibadan. It is a known fact that every house or building has to leave land setback from the road. If you visit the music house lane, you will realize it is the only building encroaching beyond setback region, with its mouth right on the dualized expressway. Even if this government does nothing about it, subsequent ones will. Also, it is the extending part of music house that was touched, not the whole building, as the radio station is still functioning even as at the day of the said demolition.
