GOD is great sha.... The man survived after everything

My ODU setup has refused to broadcast network. Even after putting it off and on severally. Same thing yesterday before if started working again. The same thing happened today again.

It just started working right now again. I don't know if it's just me or it's from Airtel

If you can't wear what the school want, then find another school. Or better still, go to a pure muslim school where you can practise your belief. Or didn't the school inform you of their dress code/rules and regulations before you decide to take your kid there?

Similar thing happened to me with FCMB , After everything they made away with my 5K because I have gone back to my base no account, no 5k & no refunds

I had a very bad experience with them.

One of their marketers came to my shop. I reluctantly opened an account. I was forcefully made to deposit #2,500 which I gave to the marketer. She told me the whole #2,500 will be deposited into my account. She said I would be sent account details. On getting their alert, the #2,500 was deposited but only saw #1,500 without any description/explanation as to how #1,000 went.

I tried setting up their app but still saw #1,500 instead of my whole #2,500.

1k isn't the issue but they feeling it's okay not to let me know why they removed the 1k is what really got me angry. My remaining 1,500, I can't even withdraw or use any of it to buy airtime. Their behaviour is just so fraudulent and suspicious.

I'll sha find time to go into one of their branches to remove my money and close the account.

When I checked the sim section of X17U, I only saw a button to log out and since the owner hasn't done sim swap, I just heeded the warning the app gave and didn't log out. Maybe after logging out it will show the switch button?

I put my own physical sim in the ODU before testing.

Go to Network, then SIM, then SIM Card Switching

certainly there would be a sim slot but some people say the option to switch to the physical sim isn't present

I have the 2 ZLT ODUs and both have the option to switch between eSIM and physical SIM

But the ideal thing for people wanting to buy and use the Airtel ODU package is for them to have a normal Airtel working Sim with which they should register on the My Airtel app, then use same number as their alternate number for all the ODUs. If possible, open SmartCash account with the normal Sim too.

That way, subscription and checking of balance can easily be done from the app.

I used an MTN number. Now they aren't sending OTP. This is frustrating.

I read somewhere here on Nairaland that there is a 10% discount if I do the sub through My Airtel App.

I had an issue with my ODU. It was installed for me on Monday 15th of December, on 17th of December the router/IDU started behaving funny, I took it back to their office on 18th December, it was returned to me on monday 5th of January 2026. Same ODU but different IDU. So same subscription is still on it. I asked them about the days I haven't used the device, they said the subscription will be extended. I haven't gotten any mail/SMS to that effect and I don't know how to check if it has really been extended.

Of all the 3 makers Airtel uses, I guess all 3 have WiFi6 but which among the 3 has the longest range coverage distance?

I have 2 ODUs which are both ZLT ( I think both cover same distance/range)

And also, does this white router has NFC? Cos I can't see the NFC logo on it

Oh yes. We now have Cat 6 router for the G5F ODU
My MC801A was lying useless. Now the MF296A will have to be the one sacrificed.

The install helper app really helped me get a good place to put the ODU for the strongest band in my location with poor network.

Please what is the name of the install helper app? 🙏
