This morning i personally bought a sachet of gala for N70 (increased in price and decreased in quantity) lol, while sachet water was sold to me at N15 .00 per one.

Nice write up,I think introverts possesses the spirit of anger than extroverts.I'm an introvert and I'm also guilty of this but I'm working on it.Few years back I visited a counselor who adviced me to always keep quiet whenever I'm angry,he adviced me to always move away from the place if possible,He also adviced me to always meditate(a simple ten or fifteen minutes breathing meditation daily is ok)#anger management
