Please Peugeots are not Toyotas, make sure you get a Peugeot specialist to look over that car and tell you what it costs to put it back in shape, add it to your purchase price and if it's way lower than a working model outside then take the risk if not just search for one in good condition on Jiji. PS, Ikenna351 will advise you not to buy an abused Peugeot
