Dis my story....... I got admitted to biochemistry in delay at my 1st attempt @jamb and I took it graduating with a 3.49(2.2).
I was discouraged from applying to DE and started working, years down d lane working in an hospital. I discovered I will never b happy if I don't study medicine so 2016 I decided to start over, applying for Ijmb and I got 14points.
2017 I started my msc biochemistry just not to keep my brain redundant. I applied thru DE to uniabuja and I remember asking several times for opinion on did forum and no one would respond to my post.
Praise b to God.... I just got admitted to mbbs uniabuja DE 2 200level.
My comments go to dose aspirants day post inquiries and get no reply, don't give up.......

I'm a medical student in unimed and I can tell you our facilities are good to be honest. The medical village is our teaching hospital. We just don't have teaching hospital, we have teaching hospitals. On the verge of admission, just get above 80% and pick it as first choice from the beginning

Does unimed accept Ijmb as direct entry to medicine?

Wow i did IJMB too this year...... applied to uniabuja Medcine but still awaiting their DE admission list. Besides admission is not by Certificates rather by the schools one applied to. points was 14. wat about you?

Ijmb is good but has school limits.
Most fed universities prefer jupeb wch is honestly far easier wen compared to Ijmb

I just finish Ijmb too with good grades too

Am just trying to see my options incase am disappointed dis year.

UniAbuja now has full accreditation. As a matter of fact, our pioneer doctors just had their CMDA and UAMSA sent forth party recently.

It's a good school to pick; just be prepared for the competition. They are pretty strict over here and the tempo is always high.

Dunno d calculation pattern for D.E. students as uniabuja didn't conduct any putme.

Any info on d cutt off for medicine and other school dat accepts Ijmb I can apply to.

Well I was told d cut of for medicine in uniabuja is 75%

And d calculation for de students is just d points in d de form divided by 16*100

Either ways my % is 79% with waec and 88% with only my jamb de points.

Still need clarity though
