Tuma i have done the restart and the normal proceedures but still as soon as it picks network it goes back to activation maode. I would be in lagos on thursday. How can we meet so u could probably take a look at it.

After waitin 4 almost 4weeks, he said their server is down.I then told him to chip it and nw wen I asked he said dat d phone has not fully activ8td nd I should wait 4 abt 2days.
