I can' tell it's a Positive Feedback u got from IRCC

My take on this ,
I feel decisions are based on how a visa officer view documents, the visa officer in charge of one's application and the documents an Applicant showed.

For example,
Normally one would feel since an Applicant who applied in June , he/she should av gotten a Medical request by Now,
.but u can see what has bin happening lately but no they Haven't, only few have gotten

Some applicants who applied First week of July av gotten medical requests..

Advisably , Applicants should fulfil all righteousness in their application before submission and back it with up Prayers..

And as usual ,at the end, Nothing but PRAISES!!!!!!

I was correct that you will receive a MEDICAL REQUEST shortly as that's the modus operandi of IRCC whenever it start reading "WE ARE REVIEWING THE RESULTS OF YOUR MEDICAL EXAM". In view of the fact that you've already undergone an upfront medical examination. Kindly raise a CSE via IRCC webform and inform the visa officer about the upfront medical by attaching the E-medical slip that was issued to you by the panel Physician. IRCC will automatically link and upload your medical results using the UMEI code on the slip to your GCMS database.

the message says you have passed preliminary eligibility assessment. So it means they think you are eligible for study permit. What is left is your admissibility (biometrics to see if you are not a criminal and the likes)

Don't worry about that. Some people even get approvals when their eligibility review and background checks are still on. Congratulations! You are only waiting for VFS to reopen and you'll get a PPR.
