Good morning house
I have a few questions
1.I have paid my fees of $38,800CAD in full and I have $43,558CAD available for my stay in canada, in the imm1295, what do I fill as room and board?, what do I feel under the ‘other’ column? and what do I feel under the funds available for my stay in Canda?

2.My mum is my sponsor but my dad also has properties a,should I mention it in my sop and put the scanned copies of his properties documents under client information to show home ties?

3. Should I mention the estimated value of the properties like for example the house is in lekki,so I could give it an estimated value based on how much houses are in lekki?

4.In the sponsorship letter by mum,Is she meant to state the cost/estimates of her properties?

That's very good. You should include it in your application. Make sure to refer to it in your SOP. Let the officer know that you are financially stable and your financial statement is attached to your application.

It's really up to you. But it seems if you a strong sponsor so, you can just leave it at home ties. As for your statement. What is the approximate total of debit and credit on your statement of account? are they are in million(s)?

I think you should include your shares certificate. If you have a fairly good statement of account, include it too. It does not have to show your salary. People can have 3 accounts. You don't have to include a payslip. Get your employer to write you a letter of study leave. In the letter, make sure to include leave period, your position, salary, contact info of the person that would sign the letter, and that your position would be available upon your return. Then link everything to your economic stability to your home country, under the home tie.
In my opinion, people often get rejected for home ties because of the economic motive to remain in Canada. VO would weigh your economic ties such as current and future job prospects and financial stability in Nigeria to assess this. You should include your siblings' birth certificates too for family ties. I've been advocating for Net worth assessment on this thread as well. You might want to consider it.

Speaking on AIPP might be derailing the purpose this thread was originally created as only a few applicants know about this program in Nigeria. I have also shared my extensive experience on how I landed a job offer from a designated employer via the AIPP thread on Nairaland. I may have to channel prospective applicants to read through the thread and gather relevant information(s) that might be useful to them in the process.
