Hi Nairalanders, i want the lawyers and whoever has experience in this matter to contribute on this issue please. There is this tenant of ours that owed rent, electricity bill and security bill. We took his case to court after several appeal to him to pay but he refused to pay, the court asked him to vacate the premises on March 30th 2012. I hate to be cheated. My mind has been to make the residence uncomfortable for him immediately after the day the court gave expired( Friday, March 30th, 2012). I want to remove the roof, windows and doors of his room. But the caretaker said that we should wait for him again after several days of waiting. My question is what is the position of the law if i make the house uncomfortable for him as i said? Should i still go to court again to report him again that he didn't vacate the premises? Please, help on this matter. God bless you all!

Hello Nairalanders, can anyone please explain the condition below or have experiene about conditional/unconditional offer of admission.

f) Has applied for and gained admission to postgraduate and post-doctoral studies in Malaysia (conditional letters of offer will be accepted at the time of application or has a confirmation of acceptance or affiliation with the universities in Malaysia.
some scholarships request that you have/hold an offer fespecially uk schools. whaqt does it mean please.
