Guys sent this to someone like 2 months ago. Hope this helps "About CIPS - Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply, UK The Institute is UK based. Have Branch in South Africa and Ghana. And many other european countries. They have indirect representation in Nigeria. That is through British Council (british embassy) and Harley Reed (training provider). Their online presence is strong. They have a very rich website, and a responsive and active customer service. Generally you will start from level 4 as a degree holder, work your way up level by level. Each level have 5 courses and the last level is level 6. You can write one course or the whole 5 if you wish, in one sitting. It is at your own pace. Exam takes place 3 times a year in Nigeria. That is May, July and November every year. You can decide to by books and read on your own (Self study) or go for lectures (most people do self study because its quite an expensive program). To sit for exam, first thing is to register as a student member, and then pay for the course(s) you wish to write. Exam registration deadline is usually 2 months before exam date. Membership and exam payment can be made through direct Online payment to CIPS, or through British Council or through Harley Reed. Please check or visit the website for more info. Happy New Year to you all Hoppe all is going smoothly. A fresh 12 months for career development and financial growth. Looking forward to your contributions |
One of the reason I started this topic is get CIPS students together so we can actually discuss any issues relating to CIPS rather than just selling reading materials. Hence, I feel we should do something that will help one another towards achieving success in exams. We can plan towards the May Exams. One idea: if we can have people state the module/Course they wish to write in May 2018. So if we get 2 or more writing same course we can form sub-group or topic based on the module, so we can connect with fellow students and share knowledge, ask questions about the course content, treat past questions together, and so on. So lets invite others to this forum, and lets all check in at least twice a week, to contribute to this forum. "Ololanla" suggested whatsapp group earlier, we can work on this. We also humbly invite you, if you are done with the studies (MCIPS) to join us, to enlighten us about current issues in the profession that students need to take note of. Lets take on the challenge! Regards |
@ ndamoduabuh I will contact you right away. @ currentbrands You can fire on with your questions on this platform. It is only money matters that I will prefer personal emails. Regards |

For example, not many can afford to pay for training or/and buy CIPS Study Packs or reference Textbooks. Come on board, lets share knowledge and resources. Thanks
