Just like you said I went to collect my and no visa was issued , I contacted the Ukvi about it and they apologize and ask I should return the passport for Vigentte, which I did..
I have gotten my passport back with the visa issued.

Just like @afmaag123 said, go and collect your passport, if the visa was truly overturned you will be requested to resubmit it.

If not you have28days to request for an admistrative review and time is no longer on your side

Nope, I wanted to go for an administrative review before the school sent me a mail that the issue have been resolved and I was given a visa . Then I waited to know if I will get a mail from the home office..

You can't depend solely on the bank and your Uni to chase up, they don't have your authorization to do so.

You are supposed to request for an administrative review on the refusal and I believe there is a time frame for that.

I got a refusal mail from ukvi on 7th July 2022 and it was refused on the ground that the home office was enable to contact my financial institution for my proof of fund verification ( Ecobank ) which I guess was an error from the ukvi caseworker.
I went to make a formal complaint to my bank and they denied receiving any mail/call to that effect, ( which their contact details was available on the copy of the statement of account I uploaded during my visa application ). they equally contacted the home office via their official email on 13th July 2022. they got a reply from home office, which they were asked to verify the statement of account on 14th July 2022 and they ( Ecobank) did verify the account. I contacted the school about it and they said they will reached out to the home office..
Meanwhile I got a mail from Tlscenter on 13th July 2022 that my passport is ready for collection, but I was later contacted by the school that from their records the issue have been resolve and decision overturned, that a visa has been issued on 15th July 2022, that was 2days after I have already receive my collection mail from Tlscenter.. But still I have not yet received any mail from the home office about the overturned decision.
I have contacted the school again and they told me same thing that from their record , a visa have been issued after the ukvi overturned the decision on 15th July 2022..
I sent a message via paid mail yesterday to the ukvi but they didn't give me any better response.
Someone said I should wait for them till next week before going to Tlscenter ..
