my people we have been contracted to design an elegant 4 bedrooms duplex and a six 6 units of 2 bedroom block of flat all to be built in the same compound

Contractor: Tigerkenn Homes Ltd.

Duration: 100 days.

Yes the floor plan will help better understanding or you can just tell the house what is on the ground and first floors e.g. roons, etc.

the building consists of two units of a terrace building . One wing is three bedrooms ensuite with kitchen. dining. visitors toilet', living room,family lounge and a store while the second wing consist of two bedrooms ensuite with same facilities as the first

With a plot of 60x100 can one still have space of building other structures inside the plot after this same type already built inside ..

And can u show us the floor plan of the project.. We all learn and transfer knowledge here in d property section

plot size. 8 plots. building area 21.2m×8m. yes there will be space to build another building like small self contained boys quarter.
