Yesterday we got delivery of all the rods needed for the deck reinforcement ,16mm,12mm and 8mm we also got binding wire.we equally got some plumbing materials needed. Today iron work and plumbing work commenced with full force. more pictures to come later

electrical piping has commenced we are still on track on delivering the project within budget and at the agreed project duration

We were able to complete the casting of the deck on thursday 30.07.2015 we were able to meet up with the agreed duration( 14 days).Block work on the first floor loading....

We have an agreement to start a duplex + a three bedroom BQ in Eneka Portharcourt. work commenced yesterday being 03:08:2015 on the BQ more pictures soon

How much did this concrete mixer cost to hire in a day?is it man and machine or just machine?

We used machine,hiring of machine will cost like 10,000 daily and 5,000 for transportation

On the ground floor we have a two bedroom flat + a bedroom flat and a four bedroom flat on the first floor

After the iron work,we are boarding the lintels and beam,if rain permits us today we will start the casting

Casting of this great house is almost complete and we have started the block work immediately.inorder to level the house,we will have three blocks on the internal walls and two blocks on the external walls the parapet beam will make complete the block level .more updates soon.
