I understand your sentiments man, but be that as it may, we can all see the progression; from the Super Cup loss to the United loss and then to our players gassing out every 2nd half of match day and others plus our rusty defence tactics, there is serious improvement and that’s what the whole celebration is about.

I for one attacked Greati.ihex when he compared Zizuo to Lamps style and opined that Zizuo was lucky to win his titles. Lampard is still a work in progress and he knows this and a better portion of we the fans acknowledge this as well that’s why there is no pressure whatsoever for him to succeed. We just want to play very well and if the win comes, beautiful.

I think, for 70 mins or so, Ajax put them to the sword but were too timid to go for the jugular. Chelsea had the better stronger mentality. They defended well during this period and they were decent although they didn’t really create many chances.

Then they scored a commendable goal and that was enough.

Lampard looks to be doing the right things at the moment, but it’s premature to be giving him accolades. Let them lose 2 consecutive matches and you’ll see shekpites throw him under the bus.

How you were making sense from the first paragraph and all of a sudden started yarping shiits is unlike you.

Like we’ve not lost 2-3 matches in a row and still stood by him because we could all see what he is trying to do with the players; the formation tweaks and the all round play which was visible even to the blind.

Accolades? No one is calling him the Greatest Chelsea manager yet. We aren’t exerggerating his quality too and no one is throwing him under the bus.
