You can send mails to.other unis that still have their UG admissions open

My application is 2 months and a week old, does any experience one or gurus advice i start sending mails/messages to IRCC?
Also what is MP? and how can i get my MP's email? Will be schooling at Ontario, Ottawa. Algonquin College.

My upfront medicals has been firstly passed for 11 days now 3 days after my medicals.

Do you advise and please can someone send the draft of the message for the mail that was once sent here with the emails too.
