Hello please my Asus laptop L403N Series Sonic Master was put in sleep mode some days back and refused to come on when I tried putting it on today, tried charging it but to no avail....the charging led light is constantly on as well.

Have tried doing hard rest but it still didnt go off plus the battery is in built.

Can you fix it and how much would it cost

Plus can you give me the address or phone number of your store in computer village.
