are they serious about paying 80k for one year or are there other allowances added to the money, to make it a bit presentable?

I did the aptitude test the day before yesterday and was successful. I did the psychometric test immediately and I was told I would be contacted via mail or call.

Please, what's the next step and how long will it take for them to contact me
