what did the email you got say and did it give you a link to reschedule with? we also got an email asking us to reschedule but no reschedule feature on her profile.

Hi Adaeze, please did they call you from Lagos or Abuja? It seems only the people that attended physical interviews are getting calls/ emails from the embassy for the follow up interview.
Also, please can you PM me the contact details that reached out to you, I want to try if they would respond to me...waiting is a bit frustrating as I cannot reach them neither can I reschedule my appointment even after sending emails to the Lagosniv, going there physically and raising tickets on AVITS.
Please is there anyone here who did an IW drop off and got a 221g slip get called/ emailed to come in for a follow up interview?

I have done this multiple times today, the response I get is " your passport is not yet ready for pick up". This is really frustrating.

There is no tracking number. Just select the service you're interested in, ie USA visa, then passport pick up. You'll be asked to input your passport number and you can track your passport.

Her application status is showing refused. We are yet to get her passport back from the embassy, no communication from the embassy.

My mum submitted her passport for IW November 21 and her application status was updated to "Refused" on Dec 23. I have checked the OIS website and her passport is still not ready for pick up. Is there a way to contact the embassy to release her passport on time? as she needs to submit it for her Canada Visa. I will appreciate any help I can get with this. Thanks
