How is it calculated per year & per day & per month??

I am seeing 20% here from IBTC,

is the 20% permanent throughout the year or does it go down??

You & I know that Jamb has a reason for doing this - coming up suddenly with this regularisation policy from 2015...
Therefore, using other diploma option isn't bad, tho.
But, tell me, if you eventually succeed in registering us using other diploma option, won't there be further negative itch going forward??
Invariably, what are the odd consequences of using this option going forward, even when I'm using ND/HND for the DE admission...

You said u printed your JAMB Admission letter and your status is still showing "No Admission Offered Yet"
these are 2 contradictory statements to each each others ( i may require your JAMB Reg Number to verify this claim)

Now to your question (Which people are to be regularized?)
1. ND Full Time Students without JAMB Admission Letter (Mostly those who got admitted in supplementary list & change of course list and there names were not sent to JAMB by their schools then)
2. HND Full Time students who graduated with ND Part Time

Just Like i've said before, you can register for this Direct Entry without a JAMB Reg Number and you won't have any problem, but some of you choose to suffer yourselves. Well, i wish everybody luck.

No University will consider ONLY your HND in order to give you direct entry admission.
It's always a combination of your O'level; your ND; your HND...
Hence, the need to regularise your ND admission; not your HND admission.
