With reference to the above subject matter,it came to the management with Rude Shock.This is from bottom pit of hell.Before any applicant is considered for employment in our company the condition of employment and service is clearly stated to the applicant.She accepted the condition and offer.Three months down the line she is on unfit for the position of receptionist,she begged to be deployed to marketing which the management gave her the opportunity and still fail to deliver.Her probation period of three months was complete failure and she was relief of her appointment. She painted the management and the company image in bad faith because we could not tolerate her incompetences.Salaries are paid promptly and at as when due but we can not keep indolent and negligent employee as staff.She and her co failures should not be taken serious,for blackmailing the management and the organization.We don't force applicant to accept our offer.Vengeance belong to God.
