My question is : if I want to apply the third time, can we still use the destination place because we have been using Maryland for the previous application s. I remembered the vo was asking specifically me why maryland in our last appearance.? Should we change this place or still the same place.?

Please, I need expert opinion on my issue. I was denied visa at US embassy last week. And that make it second time i got denied within 7month. The first in January and now last week. The interview was going smoothly until the VO ask me: has anything change in your last application and now ? I said : no. And that was it. Denied. Please, how soon can I go again? Has anyone seen people that eventually get the visa after 2 or 3 attempt? Can I still go again this year without sounding desperate? I have a well paid job, Though , i stammer a bit , could this responsible? I just need people opinion.
